No Kidding - Detroit is an all-volunteer, non-profit social club for couples and singles who, for whatever reason, have never had children.
Our chapter is a social organization where people can make childfree friends in a welcoming atmosphere. Our members range in ages from their 20's - 60's. Both couples and singles who have never had children are welcome to join the Detroit area NK group. We meet regularly and rotate responsibility for planning our events among the membership. Anything! Really! There is no event coordinator for the group. Each member is expected to organize something for the group to do from time to time. Some events are house parties, some are outside events. The type of event varies a lot! It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. It could be as simple as meeting up for dinner and a movie! Some events that have been done in the past and may be repeated in the future: *Game Night/Bunko night *Michigan Renaissance Festival *Brewery Tour |

NK Detroit isn't just for Detroit! We have members from ALL OVER the south east Michigan area! Ann Arbor, Livonia, White Lake, Plymouth, Southfield and more. We even have some members from northern Ohio and Ontario. |
